House rules

The accommodation in the pension is available for persons who are registered at the reception desk. On the day of your arrival, the room will be available from 2 pm onwards. On the day of the departure, please leave the room by 11 am., otherwise we will charge one more night according to the pension's price list.

Check-out from the reception is possible between 7:00 and 11:00, if you plan to check out earlier, please inform the reception the day before departure.
Rooms for daily accommodation are available from 7 am until 10 pm.

When you leave the room, please turn off all lights, close taps, windows and balcony doors, lock the room and leave the key at the reception desk.

The Management of Vuglec Breg is not liable for money and valuable things left in the room.

A safe can be found in the room. The use of the safe box is not extra charged.

Please do not take inventory and items out of the room.

The guest who is staying in the pansion for a longer period has to pay the bill on a weekly basis if not agreed otherwise.

Please do not bring easily flammable and explosive materials or objects with unpleasant odour.

Please do not disturb other guests by loud noises, especially from 12 pm until 6 am.

Inform the reception about damages and problems in your room. The guest has to pay for every damage done to the inventory at the reception when leaving the pansion.

The voltage is 220 V.

We serve food and drinks in your room upon requests, with additional payment according to the defined prices.

Room cleaning is done daily unless the guest indicates that they do not want to clean that day. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days for guests staying longer.

The lost key is charged 30,00€ by price list.

Upon request, we offer laundry washing and ironing services. A bag for dirty laundry is to be found In the drawer cabinet. Put the laundry in a bag and leave it in the bathroom.

BREAKFAST: 7 – 10 am.

Guests of pension Vuglec breg can use our sports fields and mountain bikes for free if reserving them in advance.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS!
The cost of chemically cleaning the room after smoking is charged at 100.00€

If you detect fire, immediately notify the reception and everybody else around you. If possible, take the key of your room, leave the room and close the door behind you. If there is smoke, remain in a low position.
If the door is hot, do not open it, but stuff wet towels and clothes underneath the door and ventilation gaps to keep the smoke and poisonous gases away. If you cannot get out, the safest thing to do is to stay in your room.
Look for the exit sign.
Leave the building.Remain calm.
Do not panick.

Vuglec breg d.o.o. is pleased to accommodate guests travelling with pats.

It is necessary to inform us in advance when travelling with pats.

The pet gets a cot and food and water containers at the accommodation.

Pets must always be kept on a leash when outside the guestroom.

Owner must be present and the pet must be tied up when any member of the hotel staff services the room.
A pet is not allowed to stay in the room while there is no owner.

A pet is not allowed on the bed and bedclothes of the hotel room, nor on hotel towels.
It is forbidden to bath a pet in the hotel bathroom.

The room will be inspected before departure of the guest to ascertain wether the room is in a good condition.

Pets are not allowed in hotel wellness area, swimming pool area and on the sports fields.

The pet's owner has the full responsibility for any damage caused by the pet which includes hotel property damage, staff injury or injury to hotel guests or 3rd party while on the property.

Pension „Vuglec breg“ is not liable for any injury caused by the pets while on hotel premises.

Pansion „Vuglec breg“ will charge the pat owner for stains and/or damage caused by the pat.

Please follow these house rules, otherwise we keep the right to stop providing our occommodation services.

Pool opening hours 07:00 - 22:00.

The pool is only available for guests at the accommodation.

Guests at the pool can use the pool until 13:00 on the day of check-out free of charge.

Observance of signs and signs of prohibition and warning at the bathing area is obligatory.

In case of damage to the inventory, the user undertakes to fully settle the damage.

Children up to the age of 15 can enter the swimming pool only accompanied by an adult.

It is forbidden to bring glass packaging to the pool.

Showering is mandatory before using the pool.
The use of the pool is allowed only in bathing suits and bathing suits.
It is forbidden to bathe in clothes.

It is forbidden to jump into the pool.
Diving is prohibited.

It is forbidden to play ball in the pool except for the purpose of animation performed by the animator.

It is forbidden to bring pets into the pool area.

It is forbidden to use the pool for people suffering from skin diseases, sinusitis, have open wounds on the skin or suffer from infectious diseases

Persons intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics are prohibited from entering the pool.

It is forbidden to use the pool during emptying and filling.
Please throw rubbish in the bins.

It is forbidden to enter the pools in footwear unsuitable for use in the pool.

We are not responsible for valuables, they can be stored in a safe at the hotel reception.
Visitors are advised not to bring valuables to the beach.

Swimmers are obliged to report any possible accident at the reception.
The pool is used at your own risk.
